Brotherly Love promotional concepts.

Just finished a couple of concept sketches for a friend’s indie movie. They’ll probably be used for t-shirts, posters, lunch boxes bumber stickers, I don’t know, just overall promotion I guess.
Brotherly Love is a unique zombie movie I was fortunate enough to sit in on during filming and despite the bugs, weeds, poison oak and ivy, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Rendering this particular piece was a challenge however. This is probably one of the most detailed vector illustrations I’ve done. I’m always paranoid my laptop will crash on me. Actually it did crash on me once, but I have long since gotten into the habit of saving every minute, but still.

I’m very impressed with the intuitive feel of Illustrator’s brush tool (coupled with the right settings). I personally cannot stand the pen tool and avoid it when I can.
